Signaura Ltd provides a range of professional services, including but not limited to:
Design, manufacture, and installation of all types of signage (indoor and outdoor)
Signage maintenance and repair services
All types of commercial and personal printing
Website design and development services
Our services are custom-tailored based on client requirements and are generally initiated following a quotation and approval process. We do not currently sell physical products or services through our website directly.
You may submit a quote request through our website. Submitting a request does not constitute an order or contract. After receiving your request, we will review your needs and provide a custom quote. Services will commence only after both parties agree to the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
a. Design Submission and Approval
Customers may either:
Provide their own design files, or
Request our team to create a custom design.
We will send proofs or design drafts for your review and approval. It is your responsibility to check that all details, including text, colours, spelling, sizes, and layout, are correct.
Once the design is approved in writing (email or signed document), we proceed with production. After this stage, no further changes can be made without additional charges, and you accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the approved design.
All services must be paid in full prior to production, delivery, or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any post-approval changes to the design or order will incur additional charges, and production may be delayed until payment is made.
We reserve the right to cancel any project or delay production if payment is not received as agreed.
We aim to deliver high-quality work, but we understand issues may arise. Our policies are as follows:
a. Signage (Manufacturing & Installation)
Refunds are not issued for damages caused by natural events (e.g. storms, high winds) or man-made events (e.g. vandalism, accidents).
If you experience an issue with a sign we have installed, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of installation. After this window, we are not obligated to inspect or repair the product.
Our team will inspect the product to determine the cause of the problem. If the issue is due to material defect or installation error, we may offer a repair, rebuild, or refund, at our discretion.
Inspections may take time depending on the complexity of the issue. We appreciate your cooperation during this process.
b. Printing Services
No refunds are issued once a design has been approved and printing has begun.
If you change your mind or want to make design alterations after approval, this is treated as a new print job, and you will be billed accordingly.
We are not responsible for any errors in customer-provided designs or files.
c. Delivery Damages
If the customer selects delivery via a third-party courier, we are not responsible for any damage or delays caused during transport.
For safer handling, we offer our own in-house delivery services, which customers can choose when placing an order.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.
a. Quote Validity
All quotations provided by Signaura Ltd are valid for 45 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, we reserve the right to revise pricing, timelines, or availability based on updated materials, labour, or business conditions.
If the customer does not approve the quote within the 45-day window, a new quote must be requested.
b. Project Timeline
Once a quotation has been approved and any required advance payment has been received, Signaura Ltd will begin the project.
We require a maximum of 21 working days (excluding weekends and official bank holidays in the UK) to complete the approved work.
This timeframe begins after final design approval and advance payment clearance.
If any unexpected delays arise, we will notify the client and provide an updated delivery estimate.
c. Advance Payments
We require an advance payment based on the total value of the project as follows:
A 100% advance payment is required for all projects. Work will commence only after full payment has been received
d. Invoice Payment Terms
Final invoices must be paid within 14 calendar days from the invoice issue date. Payments must be made via bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.
Failure to make payment within the 13-day period may result in:
Late fees, interest, or additional charges as permitted by UK commercial law
Suspension of ongoing or future services
Legal recovery proceedings, the costs of which will be borne by the customer
14. Warranty and Exclusions
a. Standard Warranty
We provide a 12-month (1-year) warranty on all signage products we manufacture and install. This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Faults in materials used
Installation issues directly caused by our team
The warranty period begins on the date of installation.
b. Warranty Extension Options
Customers may request an extended warranty plan at an additional cost. These plans are optional and can be discussed at the time of quote or installation.
c. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
Damage caused by natural calamities such as storms, floods, lightning, earthquakes, etc.
Issues resulting from power fluctuations, surges, or external electrical faults not related to the signage itself
Fires caused externally (e.g., building fires, arson, or electrical faults unrelated to the signage)
Man-made damages, including vandalism, accidental damage, third-party installation, or misuse
If an issue arises, our team will carry out an inspection. After reviewing the situation, we will inform you whether the issue falls under warranty coverage or if repair/replacement will be billed separately.
